The Bears lost their sixth straight game on the road last week against the New York Jets as they were blown out 31-10. Justin Fields had another rough day, throwing for only 153 yards while being sacked five times and throwing an interception. The Bears currently own the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, and it's getting harder to see a scenario where they pass up on one of the top quarterbacks in this year's class. The Texans are coming off a 23-10 loss on the road against the Cleveland Browns last week. Davis Mills threw for 298 yards with a touchdown and an interception, but the Texans were unable to get much going on the ground, rushing for only 68 yards on 17 attempts. This is a tough game to pick as both teams are struggling mightily. The Bears are favored by 7 points at home, but it's hard to see them being able to cover that spread. The Texans have a better offense than the Bears, and they should be able to keep this game close. With the uncertainty surrounding Justin Fields' status so late in the week due to a shoulder injury, the spread has dropped from 8.5 to 7 points. It's possible the line will move even more if Fields is ruled out, which would increase the likelihood of the Texans covering. In the end, I'm going to take the Texans +7. The Bears have been one of the worst teams in the NFL all season long, and I don't see them being able to beat a Texans team that is also struggling but still has more talent.Prediction: Texans 24, Bears 20
