Amazon Expands Return Options with Amazon Hub Counters

Convenient Drop-Off Locations

Amazon has introduced a new return option for customers, allowing them to drop off their returns at designated Amazon Hub Counters. These counters are located at convenient locations such as Whole Foods Market, The UPS Store, and Amazon Fresh.

Easy and Efficient Returns

To use the new return option, customers can select "Drop off at an Amazon Hub Counter" when initiating a return. They can then choose a nearby counter and drop off their package within 30 days of their reservation. If no lockers are available after the reservation expires, customers can cancel their request and make a new one.

The Amazon Hub Counters offer a safe and secure way for customers to return their items. Once the package is dropped off, customers will receive a confirmation email. Parking is available at most locations, providing added convenience for customers.
